Last year I posted a story about Robert Ferens who pursued a culinary career after retirement.
Rob is especially proud of his work as an Educational Assistant at Bistro in the Park, a learning program with the goal for students to achieve life and work skills. The bistro is a full service restaurant that seats 45 and is open to the public three days a week.
Check out this video clip from CTV showing the students preparing a Christmas feast. While Rob is not interviewed for the clip he can be seen in the background looking very much in charge.
